WHY TRANQUILLITY?
Our Massages are a full 60 minute massage unless mentioned otherwise. This is unusual in the field of massage. Normally a one hour massage is 50 minutes, most places consider it takes you 5 minutes to get on the table and 5 minutes to get off. Your time at Tranquillity starts when we get into the room!

I am Tammy Friesen the owner and operator of Tranquillity Day Spa.

Discomfort or dissatisfaction

Please, let your therapist or staff member know immediately if you are uncomfortable for any reason! Your comfort and relaxation is our top priority. Our goal is for your experience to be wonderful and corrections can only be made if we are made aware of the problem at the time of service.

Behavior

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if behavior is deemed inappropriate or offensive. Charges will still apply if service is terminated.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Saturday 11am -4pm for walk-in's and gift certificate sales.
Sundays 1-4 for walk-in's and appointments.

We have 9am - 7 pm appointment available Monday-Saturday.

Gift Certificates may be purchased anytime we have a front office person there so please call ahead before coming to purchase your special gift. We can also take phone orders so that your certificate can be ready for you to pick up.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Credit Card numbers are requested to secure your appointment for before and after office hours, Saturday, and Sunday appointments. Your card will not be charged unless don't call to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or if you no-show. At that time there will be a $25.00 charge to the card per person for the scheduled appointment. Ie..if it is a Duet Massage the card will be charged $50. Your card number will be kept secure.

If you are using a Spa Gift Certificate you will be required to give your Gift Certificate Number when scheduling your appointment.

After/before hours is considered anything before 10 am and after 6pm
